OMG - I can't believe that I have reached the end of the challenge!! Some hiccups along the way and it was supposed to be finished 2 months ago. But we are here now.

The end of the alphabet, good ole 'Z'.

What am I grateful for that starts with Z?

Well as a season zoo pass holder I am super grateful for our local zoos. Not all our zoos are real zoos - they are certainly nothing compared to, say, the Melbourne Zoo.

But we have several wildlife parks and zoos and parks that just happen to have a little animal exhibit and the kids LOVE going. It's a great way to spend a couple of hours, tire everyone out and then they fall asleep in the car on the way home. Winning!



So thank you zoos for making animal viewing accessible to me and my little people and also for creating year passes that make going a lot more affordable for us!


What is the gratitude challenge?
I set myself this challenge as a way of maintaining some mindfulness and gratitude, but also to help me take time each and every day to focus on my writing.

I would welcome anyone else who wants to join the challenge. The rules are simple: Start at a and work your way through to z. You must do one each day, include a photo and they must be at least 2 paragraphs - after all the idea is to work on your writing not just your gratefulness.
